My name is Marilyn , I am 18 years old, and I was born and raised in Tokyo, one of the brightest and most dynamic cities in the world. I have been surrounded by a culture that combines traditions and modernity. This inspired me to study art and design. I study in high school, where I specialize in the visual arts. My passion for drawing began when I was only five years old. I remember how I sat on the floor of my room with colored pencils and tried to draw her favorite characters from anime. Since then, I have not stopped creating. This year I plan to enter the university in order to continue studying graphic design. In my free time, I like to walk along the streets of Tokyo, discovering new cafes and shops. I love Japanese cuisine and often experiment with the preparation of at home. My friends say that I can cook Ramen and Sushi well! I am also fond of photography. I like to capture the moments of everyday life in Tokyo - from bright neon lights to the calm corners of the Weno Park.
